How do I place an order?

To place an order select the item you want, choose the size and colour when appropriate and add to your cart and proceed to checkout.

The size/colour I wanted isn’t available in my size, what can I do?

From time to time we do run out of stock, send us a message via the contact us form or email [email protected] and we will do our best to contact our suppliers to see if more stock is available and let you know.

How do select the right size?

Most of our range will have a size chart with the product. There will be measurements of either the insole or outsole which you can use to compare with a pair of your own shoes to get the best size. If the product you are looking at doesn’t have a measurement, please send us a message and we will provide it to you.

How do I find a specific brand/style?

You can look through the drop down menus to see if a category shows what you are looking for or use the search bar at the top of the home page to search for a brand or style name.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, we use SSL certification to encrypt your credit card data. Look for the padlock symbol next to our URL to be sure.

What do you accept as payment?

We accept PayPal, Major credit cards, Direct Deposit and Afterpay.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

All our items or Products come with a thirty (30) day refund guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. Please see our returns policy for further information

How do I return my order?

Can I exchange my shoes if they don’t fit or I changed my mind?

The shoes I received are not what I ordered, what can I do?

From time to time we do mess up and pack the wrong order in the wrong post bag, please give us a call on 0481 082 865 during business hours or send us an email to [email protected] with the details of your order so we can sort it out.

My shoes are faulty, What can I do?

Take some pictures and email them to us at [email protected] with your best contact details including your order number and date of purchase and we will be in touch within 48 hours.

 

Delivery

Do you deliver to anywhere is Australia?

Yes, even PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel collect points.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do, we’ve sent packages all across the globe. There are additional postage charges for this service.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery will take between 2-7 days, sometimes a little longer for remote areas. We offer an express option within Australia for next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

I ordered the wrong size at checkout, how can I change it?

Don’t panic! Send us an email [email protected] or contact us form with your order number and the size you needed and we will change it for you

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you can notify us through email [email protected] or the contact us form as soon as possible we can change it for you. All orders are generally processed by 2pm during the week so as long as you get on it quick we should be able to help. 

How do I track my order?

Once an order is processed and packed we add tracking to the system and you should receive an email with confirmation of shipping and tracking details. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to be live once parcels are processed by our 3rd party shipping companies.

What if I am not home?

Our courier parcels will always have an Authority to Leave on the parcel and will be left in a safe place near your door, if this is not possible, they will leave a card to arrange redelivery or pick up from nearby. Australia Post parcels will not be left but you should find a card in your letterbox to collect from a nearby Post office or designated collection point.
